Sampurna Aahar has a holistic approach, as the name suggest it’s a complete wholesome diet for those who  desire to lose weight and for those who need to fill in the nutritional gaps, increase metabolism and lead to a healthier and better life .Its an unique concept of Prakrutik Aahar .......I was passionate about making people look and feel good which has landed me here...
"Sampurna Aahar" could have not existed with out Ayurveda, so here is the basic concept of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda as the name says consists of two words Ayu ( Life) & Vedas ( Science) It’s an ancient science of life.
Ayurveda believes in ‘prevention is better than cure’.It not only cures the disease but at the same time it maintains the health of an individual. Ayurveda emphasises on a healthy and enlightened lifestyle that’s gaining wide acceptance across the globe. Now let’s look at Obesity in Ayurveda perspective In Ayurveda, Charak Samhita describes eight different types of bodies that are disease prone. Out of these, the obese body is described as the one afflicted with the most diseases and troubles. Obesity is the condition or physical state of the body when excessive deposition of fat takes place in the adipose tissue. Extra fat puts strain on the heart, kidneys, liver and the joints such as the hips, knees and ankles. Thus, overweight people are susceptible to several diseases like coronary thrombosis, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, gout, liver and gall bladder disorder.
However, obesity can be found in people with other two doshas also. For example, people with pitta dosha are generally of medium build. But they can suffer from poor digestion if their digestive fire is too low because they have burned themselves out. As a result, food isn't processed properly, and that, in turn, can result in weight gain or obesity.  For people with vata dosha the problem generally is that of underweight rather than overweight. They cannot properly absorb nutrients. However, they can become overweight when imbalanced. If they attempt to eat sweet, oily foods in an attempt to calm their vata imbalance. Ayurveda has an answer to this all these constitutional condition….

We have different constitution or Prakruti we also call them Dosha"in Ayurved...... ..
Lets look at Prakrutis in Ayurvedic persceptive.....
There are three Prakrutis...
Vata/Pitta & Kapha Prakruti (for more details check my Blog)
Below four are combination Prakrutis...
Vata-Pitta / Vata-Kapha  &Pitta-Kapha Prakruti
Then there is a most superior Prakruti where all doshas are in equal portion called as "Sama Prakruti"
thats Vata-Pitta-Kapha Prakruti .......
Eating every two hours is rocommended by most of the dietitions for loosing weight but this type of dieting will not suite for a person who is Kapha prakruti as there digestion fire is very low and can affect his health negatively and lead to indigestion..On the contrary pitta prakruti person would easily digest food given every two hour..
With the above example we understand that Prakruti Parikshan is an important tool while planning your diet Prakruti will nevae change, doshas will fluctuate depending on your aahar vihar( Lifestyle & Diet) and the Ritucharya ( Your Seasonal lifestyle patterns),but ones basic prakruti remains same through out..

These diet plans are revised every week or month depending on the progress of the client..
